Yahoo! News - New Group to Launch Anti-Kerry Ads
by adamist at 5:06 pm EDT, Sep 4, 2004

Move over, MoveOn.org. The liberal-leaning group that has raised millions of dollars to run negative ads attacking President Bush now has a competitor on the right with a somewhat similar name.

The conservative MoveOnForAmerica.org plans to blast battleground states with anti-John Kerry ads until Election Day.

You know, I have no problem with 527 group attack ads, although I do wish the media would more prominently evaluate the truth of the ads, instead of just churning out more of the "he say, she says" crap.

But I do have a problem with intentionally choosing a group name with the sole purpose of confusing voters. That's the same kind of underhanded tactic that's dominated the last month, and shows a real contempt for Americans.

Well, I thought that democrats are so smart that they can pick up on this and make their decision appropriately. Guess I was wrong. Move On has been working hard to unseat Bush by supporting a lame duck candidate with no plan, no ideals, and no campaign. In fact, if I were a democrat, I would be offended by your lack of respect in assuming that people are so stupid that they couldn't tell the difference between two organizations. I would imagine that only and idiot would assume that Moveon had changed it's leanings overnight. If this is what the democratic party is made up of, then that would sure explain Kerry's presence on the ticket, since it was these "idiots" that put him there in the first place.
