BBC News - German railways to test anti-graffiti drones
by Decius at 8:45 am EDT, May 28, 2013

Germany's national railway company, Deutsche Bahn, plans to test small drones to try to reduce the amount of graffiti being sprayed on its property.

We need different words for remote controlled airplane and computer controlled airplane. I can't tell from the article which one this is.

It is one thing to define the terminology. It's something else to get everyone to agree on common definitions and then apply them consistently.

The current term for the first is "remotely piloted aircraft" (RPA), which is one type of remotely operated vehicle.

There are four levels of autonomy: Human Operated, Human Delegated, Human Supervised, Fully Autonomous. These levels are described in section 5.4.1 of the Unmanned Systems Integrated Roadmap FY2011-2036.
