Get me a higher res picture and some T-Shirt sizes, and I can pass it along to a friend in NC with a multi-color cheap-price press. Ok.. So if you copy records or movies, you get the RIAA or the MPAA after you. If you violate CIA's copyright, do they send Blackwater? :) |

Last I checked anything published intentionally to the public by a government agency is free and up for public use by any US citizen or US company (Citation needed by academia, of course) being how it was paid for by public tax dollars. I could be wrong though ... any one else have a better idea? |

Last I checked anything published intentionally to the public by a government agency is free and up for public use by any US citizen or US company (Citation needed by academia, of course) being how it was paid for by public tax dollars. I could be wrong though ... any one else have a better idea?
I'm pretty much positive they are.. But there isn't a joke punchline there. :) |
