Like I said in my previous posts, how the FCC could've blown ALL THREE major issues in such spectacular fashion, and then put all the mess onto the states, in one fell swoop... well... I'm stunned. That takes talent!

Some of the stuff that's happened in the last 5 years when it comes to legislation is just amazing. The DMCA, the DOJ vs Microsoft, the Berman Bill, and now this... what are they smoking in DC?
