Her blog: http://rbevilacqua.blogspot.com/ This is a disturbing tale of a custody case wherein the ex-boyfriend used pictures of X-Day to support a removal of custody for a parent. More disturbing is the Judge's reactions to this matter -- he's a devout Catholic and appears to have taken great offense at the activities of X-Day as well as siding with the father more than once -- despite the fact that a Texas judge has already determined that the mother should have sole custody.
