Even though it would mean I'd probably be out of a job, since the job market is sucking at the moment it doesn't really matter, so I'll recommend this. End users need to stop whining and understand that operating a computer requires that they actually think and read while at the keyboard instead of just clicking on all the shiny buttons. It's never going to be so simple that just anybody can use it, without it being so simple that just anybody can.
