I found it to be the most purely humorous. There are lots of funny-because-it's-true songs in Avenue Q, but most of the others have at least a bit of that sentimentality typical of musical comedies.

Others that are very plainly funny are "My Girlfrend, Who Lives in Canada", "Everyone's A Little Bit Racist", and "If You Were Gay". "Schadenfreude" is good for a laugh, too.
