I don't like Indymedia, but this is somewhat troubling.

Its worth pointing out that this is a Swiss operation, not an FBI operation. Most of the press can't seem to get that straight. However, one of the seizures did happen in the US, and so our laws do apply to that seizure.

In the US there are laws that prevent printing presses from being seized by the cops so that the government can't use that to interfere with the freedom of speech. Its also a little bit questionable that the owner of the material was not informed of the reasons for the search and things to be seized, etc...

Apparently the EFF has gotten involved, but they aren't saying much yet. We shall see. Maybe they'll file something in protest.
