or it could bottom out like it did in 2000! I think the latest swoon is the result of post election certainty. The tsunami withstanding, there hasn't been much jittery news lately. People in the US don't give a fuck about Iraq anymore since Bush has said that the elections will happen no matter what. The only nervousness has been around the sagging dollar it seems, which just makes foreign investments even more attractive at this point.
