Yes, that's right... being a stripper makes it ok for anyone to just jizz on you. In fact, you know, she probably wanted you to fuck her too. I mean why else would she work in that industry and dress like that unless she wanted any random guy to fuck her on the street. It's what she wants.

That's a sickening and inconceivably shallow and dangerous line of reasoning. I want to punch the lawyer way more than even the cop.

The testimony she gave regarding the encounter makes me think that either her threshold for giving a handjob wile being fondled is low or else the cop was really being threatening here. Given the circumstances, I tend to think the latter, but either way the argument is insane. Police officers have a higher standard to live up to and even if she was fucking all over him and invited him out there (which I don't really think happened) his job is to say no. There's no situation in which the result was ok, and 90% of the possibilities represent sexual predation.
