] Excellent, it's like ARIN for the PSTN. Hrm, more like ARIN is like NANPA for IP. But that it isn't. If the internet was numbered geographically routing would be much simpler, more efficient, more secure, and multi-homing small networks would be reasonable. /Soapbox |
