Odds are by the time comercial fusion power plants are a reality, so will consumer fuel cells and distributed power systems. I hope that in about 30 years most of our energy will be generated in close proximity to where it is needed. And clean..

If you have eyes that can look more then 30 years into the future, its possible. Lets hope our government has those eyes and uses it's influence to drive the corporate world in that direction. They have no incentive to go there by themselves as it stands right now.

Ahhh....new sources of energy make me happy. This will be done...I have no doubt in my mind. The truth is that we have energy all around us everyday, and the key is to find new ways to tap in and use that energy. This is an exciting problem to me.
