This is both brilliant AND utterly appalling. I think it is an amazingly clever and efficient way to harness the powerful information of the global financial market, truly genius but so completely inhumane that it reminds one of the very efficient places designed to exterminate "undesirable" humans last century.

I am inordinately proud that SOMEONE in this administration stood up and pointed fingers. Now let's see if they can wrangle with the Patriot Act.
