seriously, what the fuck. for the record, a stone is 14 pounds, so this 19 year old was 4 feet tall and weighed somewhere in the vicinity of 45 pounds.

these "parents" should be sent to the deepest, darkest hole available for the rest of their natural (hopefully painful) lives.
