More than cities, retail itself is becoming more disposable. Large, big-box stores such as Wal-Mart come into small towns. When they outgrow their original location they build a new shopping center down the street. The old shopping center then becomes an empty eyesore. While Wal-Mart often tries to fill their old locations with Sams Clubs, there's not much of a market for stores like this in mos t of the small towns Wal-Mart operates in. ] stepped away from his desk, and while he was gone a co-worker with
] the initials C.C. altered the banner's text. Neither the artist
