Couple things...

In our 11th year, we are now the longest running non-commercial hacker convention in the United States.

I still insist that this isn't strictly true. Pumpcon is still running, and although you could sting Summercon for skipping a year they are still running as well... They ran continuously from 1986 until 2005, skipping one year, and they are on again for 2007.

Some of you may remember a prediction from Decius about next year.

Look man, you can't throw off the aliens, we're all gunna die, but the aliens are coming from a long way away, and they can't reschedule, and they are couting in hex. :)
