Yeah, but you're not living there. You don't need a visa to enter Sweden, but you do need one if you plan to stay.

Given it's the Embassy, there have got to be some special rules that apply to those situations. Who knows.. They also don't clearly say anywhere if they will lease to non-Swedes.

I say move in. After 5 years, demand Swedish citizenship.
