I'm going to suggest a natural language interpretation of what we can learn from the Internet routing table and from the archives of the routing table.

And the growth of Internet production without corresponding proliferation, diversification, of AS numbers may be, in effect, indicative of bottlenecks which may be harmful or may actually impede the rate of national network growth.
