] debate in France on the pressures of securing -- and
] keeping -- the coveted acclaims of restaurant guides such
] as Michelin or GaultMillau.

] Popular chef Bernard Loiseau was found shot dead Monday
] evening at his home in Saulieu, a gastronomic center in
] Burgundy. A hunting rifle lay beside his body.
