There was wreckage found, scroll down on this link for pictures:

The whole in the back ring was most likely caused by the engine. The engine was not made out of the same material that the fuselage was, it was much more substantial and had 500+ mph of intertia behind it. I could run the physics on it but that explanation should appeal to common sense.

As for the movies being confiscated, you forget what the target was. This is the Pentagon. The heart of planning for the US Military Industrial Complex. They did not want the footage out to be aired repeatedly. It is militarily significant information. The plane hit the area of the Pentagon that was most recently fortified with steel beams, mesh material similar to Kevlar, and thicker blast resistant windows. For foreign militaries to have these videos would be a national security risk.

Yes, I think they did it on purpose. I think it was a convenient time to run a live test on the structure. All that captured video has given them lots of data, I'm sure.

I also agree with Michael Rivero's belief that if the 9/11 Truth movement gets too out of hand, they will trot out a "newly discovered" video of the plane hitting the Pentagon to discredit the whole thing. There are many theorists out there pitching this "no Pentagon plane" theory who also have EXCELLENT theory on WTC. Once their Pentagon theory is discredited, no one will take their WTC work seriously. That, in turn, will discredit the work of those who have been saying what I say all along.

If you are going to fight for the truth, pick your battles carefully. Go with your gut. Do you really believe a plane did not hit the Pentagon? My gut tells me that no matter what I think, I don't have enough evidence. There are plenty of photographs after the fact, but as far as video of the actual attack, we only have 5 frames of video that the government have given us. They are of such a low quality as to be useless. My webcam takes better pictures. Why would you treat them as a trusted source? Because they come from the government who you believe did 9/11 themselves? Don't you think it would be in their best interest to feed disinformation?

For me, I accept the "official story" of the Pentagon because there are more important battles to fight. All you can do is let people know the fishy circumstances surrounding the day, like the wargames that the CIA and NORARD were running on 9/11 involving hijacked planes.[1]

To give you an idea of what mentality some 9/11 researchers have, compare these photos:

Half of New Yorkers Believe US Leaders Had Foreknowledge of Impending 9-11 Attacks and “Consciously Failed” To Act
Topic: Current Events 12:25 am EDT, Sep  1, 2004

On the eve of a Republican National Convention invoking 9/11 symbols, sound bytes and imagery, half (49.3%) of New York City residents and 41% of New York citizens overall say that some of our leaders "knew in advance that attacks were planned on or around September 11, 2001, and that they consciously failed to act," according to the poll conducted by Zogby International. The poll of New York residents was conducted from Tuesday August 24 through Thursday August 26, 2004. Overall results have a margin of sampling error of +/-3.5.

The poll is the first of its kind conducted in America that surveys attitudes regarding US government complicity in the 9/11 tragedy. Despite the acute legal and political implications of this accusation, nearly 30% of registered Republicans and over 38% of those who described themselves as "very conservative" supported the claim.

...

People are waking up. They realize the 9/11 commission was a whitewash and want further probes.

Email to Implosionworld.com about their WTC FAQ
Topic: Current Events 5:32 pm EDT, Aug 16, 2004

Email that I sent to the folks at www.implosionworld.com. I still cannot convince myself that fire caused WTC 7 to collapse.

Why can I not just forget this and accept the official story? Because the FEMA report is inconclusive and the "official" 9/11 report doesn't even mention it.

It's getting washed down the memory hole. No one cares to know what happened.

-----

To Whom It May Concern,

re: http://www.implosionworld.com/wtc.htm

I enjoyed your FAQ about the WTC. However, there is no mention of
the WTC 7 collapse. WTC 7 was not struck by an airplane. FEMA's
report suspected fire, but was inconclusive:

“The specifics of the fires in WTC 7 and how they caused the
building to collapse remain unknown at this time.”

The building exhibited the signature of a controlled demolition.
The leaseholder, Larry Silverstein, is quoted as saying:

"I remember getting a call from the, er, fire department commander,
telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to
contain the fire, and I said, 'We've had such terrible loss of
life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it.' And they made
that decision to pull and we watched the building collapse."

It would be more complete to address the structural failure of WTC 7 in your FAQ. The videos are available here:

http://www.wtc7.net

There are many who believe WTC 7 was destroyed by controlled
demolition. By addressing WTC 7, you would go further in your
stated mission of "help[ing] foster a constructive base of
knowledge and understanding through education, while dispelling
false rumors related to the attack."

ALA welcomes Department of Justice decision to rescind destruction request
Topic: Current Events 12:07 am EDT, Aug  6, 2004

The American Library Association (ALA) today welcomed the Department of Justice's decision to rescind its request that the Government Printing Office Superintendent of Documents instruct depository libraries to destroy all copies of five Department of Justice publications addressing forfeiture. The Justice Department claimed that the documents are "training materials and other materials that the Department of Justice staff did not feel were appropriate for external use." ALA disagreed with this categorization of the public documents, two of which are texts of federal statutes, and with the instruction to destroy them. ALA trusts that there will be no repetition of such unjustified instructions to destroy government information.

...

Did you catch that? The DOJ had instructed libraries to destory copies of federal laws. The writing is on the wall if you choose to read it. This is not a good thing.

Bush misspeaks?
Topic: Current Events 10:44 pm EDT, Aug  5, 2004

Bush misspoke as he delivered a speech at the signing ceremony for a $417 billion defense spending bill.

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we," Bush said. "They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."

No one in Bush's audience of military brass or Pentagon chiefs reacted.

The president was working his way toward a larger point. "We must never stop thinking about how best to defend our country. We must always be forward-thinking," he said.

White House spokesman Scott McClellan said Bush's misstatement "just shows even the most straightforward and plain-spoken people misspeak."

...

I disagree. When you size up the enemy, you try to understand how they would attack you. It is true that an enemy will always think of new ways to attack you. If you are not doing the same thing, constantly assessing your enemy's tactics and predicting what they could do, you are at a disadvantage.

Bush could have stated this more eloquently, but I think that's the message he was trying to convey. Can't fault him for that really, but I'm sure people will.

Kerry's Freudian Slip?
Topic: Humor 11:41 am EDT, Jul 31, 2004

Everyone likes a good conspiracy right? :) A recap from Infowars about "Kerry's Freudian Slip" during his speech where he says:

"We will double our special forces to conduct terrorist operations."

It's at the 21:00 minute mark in the video included here. I don't really think it's a Freudian slip, but who knows... I didn't watch any of the speech until I saw this article. Did he mess up anywhere else in the speech?

Bitter, are we?
Topic: Technology 7:19 pm EDT, Jul 30, 2004

Then sometime around 1987 or so Phil Katz came out with PKARC, which was basically my ARC program with the compression/decompression routines rewritten in assembler, which made it run a lot faster. I have to hand it to him, he had a real talent for assembly coding.

We approached him about licensing, but he rejected the idea. One thing led to another, and eventually we sued him. Fortunately his program was such a blatant copy of mine that we were able to win the lawsuit before we ran out of money. In a negotiated settlement he again rejected any suggestion of licensing and went for a cash-out settlement. He repaid us for most of our legal bills and promised to stop selling his program sometime in 1988.

Then he fiddled with the file format a bit, renamed it from PKARC to PKZIP, and kept right on selling it.

We sort of lost touch after that. We would have liked to have kept in touch, but we couldn't afford the legal bills. There wasn't a lot to sue for anyway. None of us was getting rich.

So now Phil Katz is dead. He drank himself to death, alone in a motel room, a bottle of booze in his hand and five empties in the room. One can only guess what drove him to such a tragic end, but it is a fitting demise for a man whose professional reputation is based entirely on a lie.

...

Ouch. No love lost there.

U.S. officer arrested for beating a Chinese
Topic: Current Events 8:26 am EDT, Jul 29, 2004

A Homeland Security inspector of the United States was charged Friday with violating a Chinese tourist's civil rights following an altercation that left the innocent woman's eyes nearly swollen shut and bumps and bruises on her face and head.

The incident occurred late Wednesday at the Rainbow Bridge on the US-Canadian border in Niagara Falls, after Customs and Border Protection officers confiscated marijuana from a male pedestrian.

Officer Robert Rhodes, mistakenly believing the Chinese woman standing nearby was involved, allegedly sprayed her with pepper spray, threw her against a wall, kneed her in the head as she knelt on the ground and struck her head on the ground while holding her hair, according to witnesses.

...

The picture of her says a thousand words. Moral of the story: If a Homeland Security inspector asks you to come to the "inspection station" (whatever that is,) don't run. If you do, they'll grab you, spray you with pepper spray, and issue you a beating.

I'd like to think officer Rhodes is just one bad apple, but after the systematic prison abuse in Iraq, for this to be popping up on the radar domestically, this is not boding well for our image.

Iran warns Israel of harsh retaliation
Topic: Current Events 1:32 pm EDT, Jul 27, 2004

Iran has responded to regional and Israeli threats of attack by vowing to destroy Israel if it attacks the Islamic Republic's nuclear facilities.

Public relations head of the Revolutionary Guards, Commander Seyed Masood Jazayeri, was quoted by the Iranian student news agency ISNA as saying Iran would not initiate a conflict.

However, he said that in retaliation to any attack Iran has proved itself to be "harsh, assertive, hard-hitting and destructive".

"The United States is showing off by threatening to use its wild dog, Israel," he said.

"They will not hesitate to strike Iran if they are capable of it. However, their threats to attack Iran's nuclear facilities cannot be realised. They are aware Tehran's reaction will be so harsh that Israel will be wiped off the face of the earth and US interests will be easily damaged," he warned.

Iran's effort to generate nuclear power is seen by Israel and the US as a cover for nuclear weapons development, allegations that Iran denies.

...

There has been speculation that Russia and Iran have an arrangement. I wonder if Iran has those Sunburn supersonic cruise missles with nuclear warheads or if this is just bluff.
